The purpose is to provide theoretical and practical training for doctors of philosophy (PhD) students on quality assurance in higher education and its expert support in Ukraine based on the experience of the EU.

Objectives
1. Acquiring knowledge in quality assurance in higher education by PhD students and providing its expert support in the EU member-states.
2. Learning the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in Higher Education by PhD students.
3. Mastering technology of expert support of quality assurance in higher education.
4. Promoting the EU experience in quality assurance and its expert support.

Educational module provides 30 lectures (60 hrs.) and 30 seminars (60 hrs.) to consolidate the knowledge of PhD students in quality assurance in higher education and its expert support in the EU member-states and for the implementation of the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance. To acquire expert support skills for quality assurance by the PhD students the module provides interactive lessons (60 hrs.). In order to meet the objective in promoting the EU experience of research issue, we will create a website. It is also to provide media support.

Expected results
1. Audience involvement - 40 people.
2. Increased knowledge of PhD students on the quality assurance in higher education and its expert
support in the EU member-states.
3. Knowledge on European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in Higher Education by
future PhDs.
4. Expert support skills of quality assurance by the PhD students.
5. Dissemination of information about educational module through the website and mass media.
6. Inclusion of the rubrics in the scientific open access journals: "Quality Assurance in Higher Education
