On October 12, the delegation from Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University visited Tavasita College in Hämeenlinna. Mr.Arto Rukala, director of the college, presented the college, introduced the participants its structure and the specialties offered by the college. Ms. Elina Sorvari spoke about the responsibilities of a career counsellor at the college. In total, the college employs 7 career counsellors, 2 psychologists, 2 social workers, and 4 career coaches.

At the expense of the state budget, Career Counselling Centres operate in every city in Finland, offering free counselling for young people under 30. The delegation of our University visited such a centre and got acquainted with the work of career counsellors in practice.
