Starting from April 10 one of the stars in the Sagittarius Constellation will carry the name of our University.
The star Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University is registered in Ukrainian Astronomy Catalogue UKRASTRO.

Ukrainian Astronomy Catalogue UKRASTRO belongs to the Astronomical Union and is based on the catalogue of astrometrical standards USNO-A2.0 (compiled by US Naval Observatory), which contains data about the coordinates of more than 526 million stars.
