• In 1997 graduated with honors from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in Social Pedagogy.
• From 1996 to 2003 worked as a specialist, coordinator of youth programs at the Social Service for Youth at Kyiv City State Administration, a social teacher at the comprehensive boarding school № 20, a chief specialist, head of the department, acting director at the district Center for Social Services for Youth in Kyiv, a teacher of the Pedagogical College at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
• Since 2004, worked as the head of the Pedagogical Department in Pedagogical College at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
• From January 2008 to February 1, 2018 took the position of a deputy director on scientific-methodical and educational work of the Institute of Human Sciences at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University
• Since February 2018 has been the director of the Institute of Human Sciences at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University

In 2011 defended PhD thesis and got the degree PhD in Pedagogy in specialty 13.00.05 - Social Pedagogy on the research issue "Socio-pedagogical work with adolescents with delinquent behavior (second half of the XX - the beginning of the XXI century)".
In 2014 got an academic rank of Associate Professor of the Department of Social Pedagogy and Social Work.
The sphere of scientific interests is the genesis of social pedagogical activity with children and youth in Ukraine.
