Viacheslav Osadchyi, born in 1975, obtained a degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Science (PhD in Education) at Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University named after Mykhailo Kotsiubynsky, Ukraine, in 2006, and a degree of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences at Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University named after Mykhailo Kotsiubynsky, Ukraine, in 2013.

From 1999 till 2022 he worked in the field of information technologies and vocational education at Bogdan Khmelnitsky Melitopol State Pedagogical University.
Currently - Dean of the Faculty of Economy and Management Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University.

His research interests include the following fields: economy, management, practical psychology, computer science, ICT, software development, information systems, data science. He has published a number of papers in international journals.
