Vilma Cingiene, Head of the Competence Center of the National Sports Agency, Professor at Mykolas Romeris University in Lithuania, Coordinator of the Master's Program in Sports Industry Management. She is the author of more than 100 scientific publications. Vilma Cingiene's professional and scientific interests are focused on sports management, sports economics and human resource development in the sports industry.
In June 2021, Vilma Cingiene conducted a series of lectures under the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching project for higher education students of the Faculty of Health, Physical Education and Sports at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University. The lectures were held in English and covered the following topics:

- “National identity and sport: the case of Lithuanian basketball.
- “The third sector in sport (I): mass sport - shaping Europe.
- “The third sector in sport (II): Evaluation of activities.
