Dr. Marshall Christensen is the Leadership Team Member at Co-Serve International, a non-profit organization that is devoted to forming cultures of servant leadership at places of learning around the globe. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Oregon and he was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Heidelberg, Germany. He worked for 15 years as the president of Warner Pacific College in Portland, Oregon. He is a professor of history and Head of Board of Guardian of Kazakh-American Free University in Kazakhstan.
Dr. Christensen has begun his cooperation with Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University in 2010 when a group of our students went through the International Servant Leadership Program. In 2012 the University has signed an agreement with Co-Serve International on creating a "Culture of Leadership in BGKU". This project will last three years and will concentrate on three target groups – administration, faculty and students, implementing a new corporate culture in the University's life. The "Culture of Leadership" project is carried out in close cooperation with BGKU Center for Developing a Culture of Leadership.
