- In 2010 Tetiana Opryshko graduated from National Pedagogical Dragomanov University and got a degree in the specialty: «Ukrainian Language and Literature».
- In 2015 she defended dissertation on the theme: «Ukrainian literary-artistic periodicals in USSR (1921-1934): library-bibliographical reconstruction, directions of development, specificity of functioning» and obtained the academic degree of the Candidate of Sciences in Social Communications, specialty 27.00.03 – Bibliology, Library Science, Bibliography Science.
- Tetiana Opryshko has been working at the University since 2007. Till 2015 she worked a Rector's assistant. Since February 2016 worked as a researcher at «Internationalization of Higher Education» Research Laboratory and promoted University scientific publications to international scientometric databases. In December 2016 had a month-long internship at the University of Warsaw (Poland), exploring the role of libraries in modern higher education.
On 1 February 2017 was appointed as a director of the Grinchenko University Library.
