In 1998 obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Political Science at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
In 2000 graduated from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, obtaining a Master's degree in Political Science.
Professional and Public Activities
From 1998 to 2006 worked as a Consultant and Audit Project Manager in international companies.
Held positions as Investment Project Manager and Head of Financial Reporting and Budgeting Department.
Since 2008 has been a member of ACCA (UK) – global professional accounting body offering qualifications in finance, audit, management, and accounting.
Since 2015 to present – Deputy of the Kyiv City Council.
Has over 15 years of experience in investments, finance, and budgeting. In addition to Ukrainian experience, has professional work experience in the United States and Eastern European countries.
