Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University was ranked the 3rd among 61 Ukrainian higher education institutions in the prestigious international SCImago Institutions Rankings.

The ranking assesses universities on research performance, innovation and social impact. In 2025, it included nearly 10,000 educational and research institutions, in particular more than 5,000 universities.
