Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training at University of Palermo

From 05 to 09 May, Nataliia Vinnikova, Vice-Rector for Research and International Affairs at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University and Iryna Mankovska, Deputy Head of Scientific- Research Laboratory for Internationalisation of Higher Education, visited the University of Palermo (Italy) as part of an Erasmus+ staff mobility for training.

Nataliia Vinnikova and Iryna Mankovska had a meeting with the Vice-Rector for Education and International Affairs Fabio Mazzola to discuss further cooperation between the universities.

They also joined the seminar “Fostering Outreach within European Region. UNIPA-UA relations”, which was attended, in particular, by Valeria Floriano, Head of the International Department of the University of Palermo; Simona Mercantini, FORTHEM Alliance Manager; Oleg Rumyantsev, PhD, Associate Professor of Slavic Studies at the University of Palermo; Chiara Ajovalasit, IRO Staff Mobilities Officer, and others. During the seminar, Nataliia Vynnikova and Iryna Mankovska presented the best practices of Grinchenko University and discussed the possibilities of cooperation within the FORTHEM alliance of European universities.

Nataliia Vinnikova and Iryna Mankovska also took part in a number of meetings with representatives of the International Office, lecturers and students of the University of Palermo.
