On May 30, 2014 Nataliia Morze, Project Coordinator from our University, Vice Rector on Information and Communication Technologies and Olga Veselovska, Head of the International Department of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University returned from their working visit to the Constantine the Philosopher University (UKF).
This visit was initiated in the frame of the project International research network for study and development of new tools and methods for advanced pedagogical science in the field of ICT instruments, e-learning and intercultural competences (IRNet). The project is being implemented within the frame of the Seventh Framework Program (FP7) supported by the European Commission.
Constantine the Philosopher University (UKF) is a public university founded in 1992 as the University of Education in Nitra which became a successor of Pedagogic Institute established in 1959 and Faculty of Education (1964).
During their visit our academics had an opportunity to research the informational and educational University environment; to look through the work of digital educational technologies of the University libraries and e-learning resources; to analyze the functioning anti plagiarism system; to explore the approaches to assessing the quality of university education, including e-portfolios for students and faculty ratings for the University academics. In addition, our academics were able to use the free access to the world-famous indexed databases.
