Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University
On September the 10th German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) presented scholarship programs for the students of our University.
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is the largest funding organization in the world supporting the international exchange of students and scholars. Since it was founded in 1925, more than 1.9 million scholars in Germany and abroad have received DAAD funding. DAAD maintains contact with its main partner countries on every continent via a network of regional offices and information centers.
Florian Küchler, Head of the Information Centre in Kyiv at the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) made a presentation of the most popular scholarship programs on academic mobility (DSG, Ostrartnerchaften), scientific and individual scholarship programs (DRL-DAAD in different spheres), scientific internships, grants, joint exchange programs and summer courses.
Florian Küchler was asked a lot of questions about application procedures. It was not the first time Florian Küchler had a lecture for our students. We hope that our strong collaboration with DAAD Information Centre in Kyiv will continue and our students will become the participants of this year scholarship programs.
