James A. Davids, Doctor of Law and Philosophy, had a visit to the Institute of Society of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University. In the frame of the visit the representatives of our University Law Clinic "Astreya" were honored to have a lecture with James Davids on November 17, 2014.

The lectures were dedicated to the questions of guaranties realization and protection of human rights ("Constitutionalism as One of the Means against Tyranny and Corruption" and "Rule of Law. One Step to the Corruption Reducing").

During their meeting Andriy Cherneha, the Head of the Law Clinic, presented its structure and main objectives. He has pointed out that the Law Clinic as a structural Department of our University is oriented on the international integration of the University.

We hope that in the nearest future we will have a long and strong collaboration with the Law Schools from the USA.
