Academics from the Leadership Culture Center and experts of the project «Education for Leadership, Intelligence and Talent Encouraging» (ELITE) had a study visit at Estonia Business School (Tallinn, Estonia).

In the frame of the visit our academics:
- Got the information about the educational system of Estonia;
- Learned the experience of Estonian Business School;
- Have been trained and got an Executive Coaching Certificate from an Academy of Executive Coaching.
