On 23rd 2015 19th council of partners of Alliance USETI Program on assisting external testing in Ukraine was held at the building of Scientific Board of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University. The given Program is implemented in Ukraine and supported by USAID (United States Agency for International Development).
The opening statements were made by Yarema Bachynskii, director of Alliance USETI Project, Viktor Ogneviuk, Rector of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, Andrii Gevko, Vice-minister of the Minister of education and science of Ukraine and Gregory Olson, the representative of the USAID.
Volodymyr Kovtunec, expert on legislation of Alliance USETI, in his presentation “The way of development of new legislation on education in Ukraine” underlined basics of the project of the Law: liberalization; possibility to choose; academic freedom; public management; identification of the content of education and provision of qualitative education; autonomy and responsibility of higher educational institutions; reforming of economic relationships in the sphere of education.
