On September 8, 2015 a guest lecturer Prof. Seppo Hölttä, the representator of Higher Education Research Group of the University of Tampere, (Finland) gave an open lecture "Education Quality Assessment" in the framework of the Memorandum signed between the research laboratory for Education and the School of Management of the University of Tampere (Finland) and Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University. The event was also attended by Julia Shumilova, the researcher of the same working group.

In his report Professor Seppo Hölttä identified the internal and external factors which affect the quality of education at the university. He also stressed out on the need to create Independent National Education Quality Assurance agencies and to incorporate international experts, business representatives into such assessment. Moreover, prof. Hölttä pointed out the need to audit the universities in order to provide support and education quality assessment. As the example the professor analyzed the role of national agencies for quality assurance at the University of Tampere in the system of monitoring the quality of education in the Republic of Finland.
