From 12 September to 13 October 2015 there was rotation of representatives of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University - members of the international research project team IRNet (International Research Network for study and development of new tools and methods for advanced pedagogical science in the field of ICT instruments, e-learning and intercultural competences) 7th Framework Programme of the European Commission for Science and Education (doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor, corresponding member of NAPS of Ukraine, vice-rector for informatization of educational-scientific and administrative activity Morse N. V., Doctor of Philology, Associate Professor, Head of Department of Romance Philology and comparative and typological linguistics Mahachashvili R. K,) in Ostrava University, city of Ostrava, Czech Republic.

Representatives of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University had the opportunity to present its university and education system and scientific activities of Ukraine in the open night of scientists - the event for the promotion of higher education among the community of Ostrava city, on open classes with senior students of the department of information and communication technologies in education. Future teachers were particularly interested in the structure of the levels of schooling in Ukraine, possibilities and directions of academic mobility. Within this agreement, representatives of universities developed a road map of specific areas and projects for further partnership.
