In the period from 1 to 30 November 2015 in the University of Warsaw (Poland, Warsaw) with the support of the Union of Rectors of Higher Educational Institutions of Ukraine and International Charitable Foundation “International Foundation for Education Policy Research” and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Poland the fourth part of the implementation of the Polish-Ukrainian project “Innovation and Leadership University. Phase II: Quality assurance and internationalization” took place. Active and prospective members of the academic community were involved in participation of the project, young researchers and heads of departments of universities of Ukraine.

As a result of the contest, a representative of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University became a senior lecturer of the department of general, developmental and educational psychology of the Institute of Human, junior research fellow of Culture of leadership’s Research Laboratory, Inna Tsybulko. The project team was focused on the development of internationalization of higher education of Ukraine, that’s why participation in the project included a course of training from November 2 to 13 in the University of Warsaw and individual consultations from November16 to 30 in the universities of Warsaw.

Upon completion of the project a joint research between our educational institutions in the field of internationalization of higher education is being planned.
