On September 9, 2016, according to the plan of the project «IRNet» (International Research Network for study and development of new tools and methods for advanced  pedagogical science in the field of ICT instruments, e-learning and intercultural competences), which is realized with the support of the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) of the  European Commission in the framework of Marie Curie Actions IRSES (International Research Staff Exchange Scheme) International Scientific-Practical Conference "Open  educational e-environment of a modern university” was held at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University.

The conference was attended by representatives of project’s partners - the University of Silesia (Poland), Lusíada University (Portugal) and the University of Ostrava (Czech Republic) – as well as by scientists from different regions of Ukraine. Conference organizer was Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University (Ukraine) under the leadership of Project Coordinator from the University, Ms. Nataliya Morze, Vice-rector on Informational Technologies, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Correspondent member of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine.
