On June 23, 2017, on the initiative of the Institute of Higher Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the International Round Table "Governance, Leadership and Management in Higher School" was organized at the Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, organized within the framework of the ELITE Program "Education for Leadership, Intellectual and Talent Development" in partnership With the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Erasmus + office in Ukraine, the British Council in Ukraine and the National Team of Experts on Higher Education Reform.
During the meeting, international experts from the UK - Professor Ian McNay, University of Greenwich, and Ranmore Consulting Ltd., Advisor, Dr. Tom Kennie, made a speech.
The event was attended by First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Volodymyr Kovtunets; Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Yuriy Rashkevich; Director of the Department of Higher Education of Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Oleg Sharov; Rector of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University Victor Ogneviuk; Director of the Institute of Higher Education of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Svitlana Kalashnikova, as well as heads of higher educational institutions of Ukraine.
All presenters had an opportunity to ask questions to international experts and discussed topical issues of governance, leadership and management in the universities of Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
