From September 8 to October 14, 2018 Director of University College, Ph.D. in Pedagogy, Associate Professor Maria Bratko took part in the Community College Administrator Program with Ukraine - a five-week program of study and internship in the USA, conducted by the US State Department, Florida State University and Santa Fe College.

The program provided an introduction to the system of the local colleges community in order to identify further ways of developing Ukrainian colleges. The program included training and communication with the college authorities of Florida, leading experts in post-secondary education in the United States, lecturers from the University of Florida and Santa Fe College, representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine - Yurii Rashkevych, Deputy Minister, Oleh Sharov, General Director of the Directorate of Higher Education and Adult Education, of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine - Oleksandr Spivakovsky, People's Deputy of Ukraine, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Science and Education of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Oleksandr Marchenko, People's Deputy of Ukraine, Head of the Association of Higher Education Institutions of I-II level of accreditation.
