Within the framework of the International Information Week of the European Union Programme Erasmus +, four events took place at Grinchenko University: "The Day of Jean Monnet Project Winners: how to implement the project successfully ", "Jean Monnet Innovations Day 2019," "Find a Grant for Yourself: Exchanges, Training, Teaching, In-service Training, Research and Volunteering "and" Mobility Projects for Organizations: Preparation and Implementation ".
On November 8, the participants of Jean Monnet sessions were greeted by: Liubov Shchitka, Acting Head, Department of International Cooperation and European Integration, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; Nataliia Vinnikova, Vice-Rector for Research, Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University; Svitlana Shytikova, Director of the National Erasmus + Office in Ukraine. Among the speakers there were representatives of the National Team of Experts on Higher Education Reform, representatives of the National Erasmus + Office in Ukraine and the winners of the Jean Monnet programme in 2019. The participants were informed about the national peculiarities of the implementation of the programme in Ukraine, the guidance on the use of grant funds (management, implementation, rules, visualization, reporting) was analyzed in details, and useful recommendations for writing project applications were provided.
At the same time, the event "Find a Grant for Yourself: Exchanges, Training, Teaching, In-service Training, Research and Volunteering" was held on 8 November. It was dedicated to the search for individual grants. The participants of the event were greeted by Sylvain Rigollet, Attaché de Coopération Scientifique et Universitaire Chez, Ambassade de France en Ukraine, Liubov Shchitka, Acting Head, Department of International Cooperation and European Integration, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; Nataliia Vinnikova, Vice-Rector for Research, Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University. Speeches were delivered by: Ivanna Atamanchuk, National Erasmus + Office in Ukraine; Martina Pavlikova, Vice-Rector for International Relations of Constantine Philosopher University in Nitra (Slovakia), Zdenka Gadusova, Professor of Constantine Philosopher University in Nitra (Slovakia); Andreas Weihe, Head of International Relations Department at Bamberg University (Germany); Olga Vyhovska, Head of the Research Laboratory of Internationalization of Higher Education at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University; Kateryna Kanevska, representative of the Central European University (Hungary); Kateryna Zhdanova, National Erasmus + Office in Ukraine; Karina Vostotska, representative of the ERASMUS + Youth Information Center in Ukraine; Karina Shakhbazian, representative of the National Contact Point of the EU Program "Horizon 2020": Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions; Olha Dorosh, representative of the French Institute at the French Embassy in Ukraine.
On 9 November "Mobility Projects for Organizations: Preparation and Implementation" event took place. The guests were greeted by: Liubov Shchitka, Acting Head, Department of International Cooperation and European Integration, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine; Nataliia Vinnikova, Vice-Rector for Research, Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University. The event gave coverage to the experience of preparing project applications for international credit mobility, contractual documents and stages of implementation of credit mobility projects between Ukrainian and European universities were analyzed, practical instructions and advice were provided to the participants of the event. The speeches were made by: Martina Pavlikova, Vice-Rector for International Relations at the University of Constantine Philosopher in Nitra (Slovakia), Zdenka Gadusova, Professor of Constantine Philosopher University in Nitra (Slovakia); Liisa Jarvinen, University of Turku (Finland); Khrystyna Pavliuk, representative of the International Relations Department of Bamberg University (Germany); Oksana Kraievska, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv; Viktoria Yarmolych, Sumy State University; Olena Hrechaniuk, National University “ Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”.
