In the framework of the Erasmus + Program, from 19 to 26 March 2019, the University's staff members Nataliia Vinnikova, Vice-Rector for Research, Doctor of Sciences in Philology, Associate Professor; Svitlana Sysoieva, Senior Researcher, Research Laboratory of Educology, Doctor of Sciences in Pedagogy, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; Georgii Lopatenko, Dean of the Faculty of Health, Physical Education and Sports, PhD in Physical Education and Sports, Associate Professor; Valeria Loiko, Professor of the Department of Finance and Economics, Faculty of Information Technologies and Management, Doctor of Sciences in Economics, Associate Professor, Faculty of Management and Business, implemented the Academic Mobility Program through collaboration with the Group of Higher Education Researchers at the University of Tampere (Finland).
Members of the delegation had meetings with representatives of the International Department of Tampere University who presented the advantages of a new structure of the university community in the city of Tampere, established in January 2019 by the merger of the University of Tampere, Tampere University of Technology and Tampere University of Applied Sciences. Also, the representatives of Grinchenko University participated in the seminar "Supporting research impact through meaningful co-production" and had a meeting with Vice-President for Research of the University of Tampere, Professor Juha Teperi. At the meeting the parties discussed the ways of expanding cooperation between Grinchenko University and the University of Tampere, and agreed to continue cooperation within the framework of the Erasmus + program.
Representatives of Grinchenko University participated in the international scientific seminar "Higher Education and International Cooperation", where reports on the peculiarities of arranging dual and joint bachelor and master programs, in particular, within the framework of Erasmus Mundus were presented.
At Tampere University of Applied Sciences the delegation of Grinchenko University took part in the work of the international scientific conference "The Future of International Business", and at Tampere University they had meetings with scientists and lecturers of the Faculty of Education and Culture and discussed the prospects of mutual cooperation.
Moreover, in order to learn the experience and discuss possible ways of establishing cooperation, the delegation from Grinchenko University conducted a series of working meetings, in particular with the Head of Tampere University Doctoral School Pirjo Nikande; Expert on Communication and Business of Tampere University Kai Hämäläinen; Head of the Department of Physical Therapy at Tampere University of Applied Sciences Marja-Leena Lähteenmäki, as well as with Director of the Institute for Peace and Security Studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Professor Marko Lehti and Researcher of the Institute Vadim Romashov.
