We kindly ask you to submit until the 20th of May 2013 to the organizing committee:

1. Registration form of the participant (the sample is given below).
2. Text of the report (see requirements) – 1 copy, signed by the author.
3. Electronic copy of the article on a CD (file, named by the author’s last name and saved
in two formats doc. and rtf.) or e-mail (with “Conference” as a subject).

• Requirements for article submission:

Publication length – 6-12 pages of A4 format.
Technical parameters. The text must be typed on the computer (Microsoft Office Word 98, 2003 or later versions). Font: Times New Roman, size – 14 pt, interval – 1,5 pt. Margins: left – 30 mm, right – 15 mm, top and bottom – 20 mm.
Order of material allocation. In the right top corner: surname, initials, position, place of work, title, academic degree of the author (authors). Name of the article: CAPITAL LETTERS in the middle of the page. Under the name after one interval: annotation (3-4 sentences) and key words in English followed by article text. References to sources in the text are taken in square brackets where first number is the number of the source in source list and second – page number. Source number and page number are divided by commas, source numbers – by semicolons, for example: [1, 95-96] [see 2;5;7;]. In one interval after the article there should be the list of sources. Bibliographical information on the sources is formed under the latest requirements of state standard.
