EU Erasmus+ project (Jean Monet) e-DEBUT "European experience of digital governance for Ukraine: tools and consequences"

The goal of the project is to highlight and disseminate the experience and best practices of the EU regarding the transition to e-government in order to improve the skills and competencies of civil servants studying in master's programs, necessary for the effective provision of public electronic services in wartime, as well as the transfer of knowledge about technological trends and the best practices of e-governance of the EU country.

Tasks:

· Content development and implementation of a new educational module "European experience of digital governance for Ukraine: tools and consequences". Volume - 40 hours

· Development of content and holding of 3 Summer Schools

· Digital competence for electronic management (e-government) (30 hours).

· Electronic governance for the digital economy (30 hours).

· Digital analytics for e-government (30 hours).

· Creation of an educational and methodological manual "European experience of digital management for Ukraine: tools and consequences".

· Conducting the seminar "European experience of digital management for Ukraine: tools and consequences".

Project implementation period: 1.10.2023 - 1.10. 2026
