The goal and objectives of the project: Ukraine faces the challenges of European integration into a single educational space. The European neighborhood policy, especially in the education of career guidance consultants, needs the useful experience of highly developed countries.

This will contribute to the achievement of Ukraine's strategic goals within the framework of the New Ukrainian School reform.
The activity takes into account the mobility of staff, teaching and administrative staff, including management from Borys Grinchenko Kyiv MetropolitanUniversity to Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMK) in Finland to familiarize themselves with the Finnish, European and global career guidance and counseling system, the competency framework of career guidance counselors .
Staff mobility is accompanied by a series of webinars that support and guide the creation of a competency framework for Ukrainian career counselors and the development of a career counselor curriculum. Based on the best experience of Finland and other European countries and comparison of global experience, KUBG will compile the first version of the system of competencies and profile of a career counselor, and also aims to create a training program for a career counselor in Ukraine.
