The Faculty has more than 40 employees, including a Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, 7 Doctors of Science, Professors, 28 PhDs, Associate Professors.

 Teaching and methodological work for providing applicants with training in the form of in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of Mathematics, Information Technologies (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity), sufficient for the effective implementation of innovative tasks of the appropriate level of professional activity. Also retraining of specialists, including provision of a second higher education. 

 Conducting fundamental and applied scientific research in mathematics modelling, computer modelling, computer science, security of information and communication systems, Internet of things, digital technology in education. Holding international and Ukrainian-wide scientific conferences. Provision of expert-consultative, information-analytical, scientific-methodical and other services.  An important direction of the Faculty's activity is the creation of conditions for the spiritual and intellectual growth and harmonious development of students, and assistance in their integration into the Grinchenko University academic community. Involving students in scientific research, participation in scientific competitions and оlympiads. 

 We are actively engaged in the implementation of a social project of the University “With and for Kyiv”, within which a computer club for seniors operates.

The faculty has established and is developing close ties with international funds and institutions: Erasmus+, Eurasia, International Renaissance Foundation, International Visegrad Fund, etc. Such cooperation involves both joint scientific research and academic mobility of teachers and students.
