University of Tampere (Finland)

 According to the Erasmus + Program for Academic and Scientific Mobility, which Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University takes part in, the University staff members - Nataliia Vinnikova, Svetlana Sysoieva, Nataliia Mospan had a scientific internship at the University of Tampere (Finland), from April 26 to May 7, 2018.

As part of the internship programme, the University scientists got acquainted with the activities of the Tampere University Research Group on Higher Education, identified topics for joint research; worked with the databases of the University library; took part in the workshops of Professor Yuzhuo Cai, had meetings with lecturers and students.

Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University is working under the program of the European Union Erasmus + and has provided postgraduate students with an opportunity to hold a spring semester at the University of Tampere (Republic of Finland). Dana Sopova and Yulia Hryshchuk, participants of the academic exchange program are sharing the impressions about their studying experience at the Faculty of Management:

  1. Polish colleagues from the University of Science and Technology (Krakow, Poland) share their experience during the workshop "Skills of the XXI Century - Innovative Learning" with the participants of the Erasmus + KA2 Project - MoPED
  2. Professional Art Education and Culture: Challenges of the XXI century
  3. 23 Annual IATEFL Ukraine National Conference

On the 14th – 17th 2011 in Malmo, Sweden, the General Assembly of European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA) approved the application form of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University as an Associate Member of EAEA.

European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA) is the European non-profit organization and a European NGO with 116 member organizations in 43 countries. EAEA influences EU policies on non-formal adult education and lifelong learning; represents adult education civil society in official working groups and conferences.

The benefits for our University as a member of the Association are as follows:

- We get access to Association services and benefit from their work.

- We can add our voice to the debate on adult education and actively support the advocacy work for adult education in Europe.

- We join a network of more than 120 associations from across Europe and more than 120 associations from across Europe.

- We can join EAEA events and share information and experiences in the educational issues.
