On 12 March 2026, an information session with representatives from the Kyiv office of the Institute of International Education / Fulbright Program in Ukraine was held at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University. The event focused on current opportunities for study and internships in the United States of America, supported by one of the most prestigious academic exchange programs.

On February 26, 2026, the Academic Council of the University approved the report on the results of the research project carried out by the Department of History of Ukraine, Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, entitled “Early Stages of Urbanization in Ancient Societies Based on Archaeological Sources” (registration number: 0121U110186; implementation period: March 30, 2021 – March 30, 2026). The results of the research were presented by the project leader, Mykhailo Yuriiovych Videiko, Professor of the Department of History of Ukraine, Doctor of Science in History, Senior Research Fellow.

  2. Academic mobility within Erasmus+ programme at Adam Mickiewicz University (Republic of Poland)
  3. Academic mobility within Erasmus+ programme at Brussels School of Journalism and Communication (IHECS) (Kingdom of Belgium)

On the 14th – 17th 2011 in Malmo, Sweden, the General Assembly of European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA) approved the application form of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University as an Associate Member of EAEA.

European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA) is the European non-profit organization and a European NGO with 116 member organizations in 43 countries. EAEA influences EU policies on non-formal adult education and lifelong learning; represents adult education civil society in official working groups and conferences.

The benefits for our University as a member of the Association are as follows:

- We get access to Association services and benefit from their work.

- We can add our voice to the debate on adult education and actively support the advocacy work for adult education in Europe.

- We join a network of more than 120 associations from across Europe and more than 120 associations from across Europe.

- We can join EAEA events and share information and experiences in the educational issues.
