The intensive workshop is ongoing. Researchers from Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University (Olena Aleksandrova, Tetiana Kostiuk, Viktoriia Puhach) highlighted the problems of internal and external migration, economic and social losses of Ukraine. QUB researchers (Dr. Heather Johnson, Dr. Luke Muffet, Dr. Fiona Murphy) complemented the panel discussions with the experience of Northern Ireland. The topics discussed sparked a lively discussion among the participants of the seminar, which underlined the concern of academia and the future generation to the events in Ukraine and the interest in the announced reports of the representatives of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University. In particular, they asked questions about ensuring access to the media in the occupied territories, about our state's policy on collaborationism, about ecocide in Ukraine and, in the future, in the countries of the Black Sea.
